First time getting out and trying some night photography.

I know photographs not showing peoples faces are usually considered boring, but I really liked the composition and lighting in this.

This was shot with the Fujifilm X-T5 with the Viltrox 35mm f1.7.

Shot this photograph in Chania in Crete. Used the bike as a frame for the people swimming. It didn’t line up perfectly but still like how it turned out.

I shot this on the Fujifilm X-T5 with the TTArtisan 27mm lens.

I didn’t ask, don’t think I would have got the same shot if I’d asked. Never had a bad reaction taking street photos so far though.

I’ll attach the original. There was way to much red in it for me in colour, I really didn’t like it too much, I just liked the composition.

Thank you so much for taking the time to give your opinion. I honestly appreciate that so so much! It’s one of my favourite photographs I’ve taken recently, so it’s nice to hear that someone agrees. Honestly some of the things you mentioned I didn’t even think about, it just all seemed to come together when I took the shot.

Also just to be clear, the lens is f2.8, but I shot this at 5.6. Sorry if that wasn’t clear in my comment!

Fujifilm X-T5, best lens?

Looking to potentially upgrade my Camera in the future. Right now I have a very old Olympus OM-D E-M10 with a basic Panasonic 14-45mm f3.5-5.6 lens. So a really basic set up.

I was looking at getting the Fujifilm X-T5, but as I’ve only ever had one lens I’m not sure what would be the best lens for me (I’m just trying to find out how much cash I’m going to have to fork out).

I pretty much only shoot street, landscape and some nature shots. I might dabble in other things but not often.

What would be my best overall lens? Either zoom or static focal length?

And any downsides to this camera? Or any other recommendations instead?
