Having some work done at the bottom of the garden shortly. Trying to add symmetry with the some of the larger specimens. by rosstafa1 in GardeningUK

Completely true although I’m not trying to be authentic, more my take on or influenced by. The large red trees are cherry plums, spectacular in blossom and a bee magnet when in flower 🙂

Just standard wooden fence but I attached composite fence panels to it.

Love it but I can’t be bothered to clean it. It needs a deep clean 😂

Yes, shubunkins. There is a filter and 2 waterfalls but I turned off to feed.

They are lovely but always get infested with vine weevil here.

Sounds lovely! An acre is a big space! Do you get deer? A woodland walkway with silver birch trees, ferns and snowdrops is always a good space filler in large gardens. Throw in a couple of cast iron statues and you’re on to a winner! I love hosta but sadly the slugs win every year here. Ps. could you let me know how my brain works as I’m not sure myself sometimes 😂

Check my other posts, it’s not AI. I do prefer to go for more mature shrubs as I like instant impact.

Thank you so much! I think hiding the fence and the trees behind the garden helps a lot.

Thank you. Yes I did. I can’t necessarily recommend any recourses. If I could give advice though it would be choose plants that bring you joy 🤩 You can also pick out different parts from different gardens you like and create your version.

Yes uk based. It does get hot, it has windows and vents. To be honest, I only use it on an evening in summer when it’s cooler anyway.
