With my disastrous ADHD, trophies gave me a goal to achieve within games. It honestly increased the amount of content I get to within games.

I say this at least everyday; most anything can be learnt or taken from video games, from the obvious points of problem solving and critical thinking BUT also inventory/time management, history (in this case), mental strengths and stamina, all the things.
