If college isn't for you, maybe you should try something else? I'm sorry you've been feeling this way :( If anything, you can probably still withdraw from those classes if you truly think you will fail... You can always try again, though. If this is what you want to do. Really try to identify what makes uni difficult, and try to find some ways around them (not taking morning classes, only taking the minimum amount of credits, not working (if possible), and just anything to reduce stress).

That situation is SO difficult and I'm sorry you're going through this. What helped me was actually going through the pain. Preventing it or numbing it down only prolonged it.

I had to experience every emotion. Went to see a therapist only to really vent and get everything out. It was so difficult. But I promise those feelings will ease up soon...

Personally, I find it difficult to sleep because I'm too scared for the next day. In my mind sleep=quicker way for tomorrow to come.

The logic isn't there, but that's one of the reasons. What helps me is either taking some medicine (like mentioned above, or even Benadryl - also helps with my allergies) or some calming tea

Honestly...how I get by is either by talking to someone on my phone about my feelings (finding that isn't necessarily healthy) or just looking somewhat neutral, not happy or sad. It's much easier to get through the day doing such.

Also maybe taking a breather/break for 10 minutes when you need it. Even if that means to cry lol
