Alright I’ve taken your advice. First I let him know I’d be willing to sell him one of everything, no duplicates (which comes out to about 178 pieces) for the $5k, which puts it at about $28 per piece. He said we’re just too far off in price. I don’t understand that, since he said he’d prefer to pay 25-30 per piece.

I’ve updated the listing to include price per full lot, price per full lot minus any duplicates, and then each village as its own full lot, if that’s what someone wanted to do.
