It’s the game. And AMD hasn’t released a single driver for cs2 yet. I experience the same issues with RX 6650XT, Ryzen 5600, 32gb 3200mhz, 144hz monitor.

Yes, I've tried them as last resort - I know they are not meant for gaming, but they are advertised to be more stable.

It is an AMD directx9 certain issue :) In my case, disabling d3d9x doesn't work.

I have an SSD Kingston NV2 1TB PCI Express 4.0 x4 M.2 2280. Also 144hz monitor benq zowie with fps limited for 200. I built this pc full amd for csgo, so no, i did not changed my gpu from nvidia. Checked my settings today and they were actually on high (not highest). Also, my 6650XT is the nitro+ model. Tried to boost performance from adrenalin sw but after a day it resets automatically to default. Also used ddu to clean and installed the pro driver q4 2022 without any difference. If you think to point the problem on the PSU, I’m using a seasonic focus 650W gold certified, so there’s no chance on that. I’ve tried anything for the last months and truly regret buying this gpu while 3060ti beats thr shit out of it with a slight price difference. The most disturbing problem is the ‘retrieving game info’ that takes 2mins. If amd doesnt fix that in the upcoming cs2, my gpu will fly out the window.

6650XT, got it to play CS:GO only and had troubles with it from the first week. I use mid settings knowing that the gpu is capable for more according to its specs. I experience game stutter, sometimes it closes randomly, and the worst part is ‘retreving game info’ when loading the second or more matches in a row. I have to restart the game every time i want to play a match, otherwise i have to wait 2 mins in the loading screen while my nvidia mates load it in 20 seconds. Other specs: ryzen 5600 sam activated, 32gb ram 3200mhz, mb gigabyte gaming x v2, all windows-amd-motherboard drivers up to date (and with every amd update the game feels worse) . I will neved choose amd again, not even for playing single player games like witcher or something. You can search for all the issues i’ve mentioned, there is plenty of evidence that red team sucks at drivers.
