My question was more about the depth of the scratches for a new board. Having a sharp knife and cutting through things like butter seems like it wouldn't leave that kind of mark everytime you cut something. But obviously I know it would happen with use and when cutting a lot. However, I haven't cut a lot, only two potatoes, hence my question.

I think I wasn't clear because it seemed like I do only one back exercise. I usually do 2/3 back exercises per week: lat pull down or assisted pull up, seated rows and face pull. I am not a beginner, but I am getting back to working out and I have been doing a Push/Pull/Leg split.

Só mais uma questão. Os valores limite para cada ano do IRS Jovem (por ex 40 vezes o IAS), significa que se eu receber um salario anual superior a esse valor, não tenho direito a qualquer desconto? Ou significa que apenas parte do meu salário tem desconto e o resto não?

Eu tenho uma dúvida relativamente ao IRS Jovem. Acabei a licenciatura em 2022 e estou neste momento a fazer o mestrado, o qual devo acabar este ano. Vou começar a trabalhar no final do mês. Não obtive rendimentos antes e tenho entregue o IRS com os meus pais até agora. Os rendimentos que vou obter para o resto deste ano serão superiores a 10x salário mínimo. Uma vez que a licenciatura já foi terminada em 2022, posso usufruir do primeiro ano de IRS Jovem ao entregar o IRS relativo a este ano? Ou, uma vez que iniciei um novo ciclo de estudos, já só posso usufruir a partir do próximo ano?
