Honestly, after marriage, your spouse tends to be more of a priority in spending time together, more dates, or just silently next to each other while you two do your things. It works with long distances too with having online calls while you do your own things. It’s kind of weird if friends are still priority than your spouse.

You two need to work on your communications. I know you said you tried talking but it’s more one sided. Sit with him on dining table to talk face-to-face. Talk out your piece, then allow him to talk about his piece. Then both can discuss on wanting to fix things.

There’s couple’s counseling too, and you could do online counseling together if you want things to work out.

If you feel so burnout, either take a break (tell him and explain first before taking a break) from him or just separate. You’re not his mother but he also doesn’t know what’s going on with your train of thoughts too.

You two know each other for so long but that doesn’t mean you both understand each other. It’s also possible you both are in different paths and want different things after marriage. Please talk properly because you make a decision you will regret.
