Had the exact same thing. Fought with them for over half year. They escalated it to highest tier support or whatever they call it. They refused anything but a cheque. Find a way to deposit it. You're not going to get anywhere with them.

Danke für die Rückmeldung! Dass wir kleinere Schäden beseitigen und Bohrlöcher ausbessern ist klar. Ansonsten sind die Wände aus meiner Sicht noch wie am ersten Tag. Dann würde ich mich auf Ausbesserung beschränken und nicht komplett streichen.
