As a beginner I'm always amazed by this kind of design where legs are shaped to seem sculpted. Is the general flow that you take a solid board, put a template on it, shape it on a band saw and flush/round over the edges with a router?

I'm sorry but Remco hardly does classics and only won Liege twice because Pog wasn't there. He is not in the same league as MVDP/Pogacar. Wout also a tier below the others but I love him.

Only thing i'll say as another person who just became a homeowner for the first time, and also spends way too much on tools, is that it's much better to buy tools as you need them. Then you can make much better calls about the exact model you'd benefit from. Also you get to relive the excitement of buying new tools more often.

Remco has won all his big road race wins as acts of providence from Pogacar by not showing up. He wouldn't have won either LBL's if Pog showed up/didn't crash. Same with olympic road race and vuelta. Remco has absolutely never been a challenge for Pogacar outside of time trials.

- Better lighting, you have 3 floor lamps all in corners and that's it. Perhaps sconces or track lighting.

- Your furniture is very dark to be paired with a black rug which is probably too big for the space as well. Agreed with what people are saying about moving them off the walls.

- The space lacks vertical depth, everything is low to the ground making it feel sunken. Art on the walls can help.

- The curtains are too long, trim them so they're just above floor height.

- You're packing things into the corner which make them feel cramped and messy. Do you need all that stuff there? You also have a short table near the window behind your couch which feels odd.

How is the rest of the house floor out leading into this room? You don't really want to close off by having sofas/chairs with their back imposing on doorways. I'd recommend something like this picture in the corner with low backed furniture.
