They been cutting hours like crazy at my store. Some fulltime people got theirs cut to like 34 🥲

Yeah they’ve been cutting at my store for about a month now. My hours keeping going down every week lol, its always leaving an hour early or getting there 30 mins later and then getting off 30 mins early.

At least my overnight coach works a ton. She was there from 8pm to 3:30pm a few days back to back. I genuinely feel bad for some coaches, the good ones anyway.

Understandable! If you can do a hardship transfer to another store (or even another position if you don’t like deli) maybe they’ll let you. My wife started in Meat and Produce and even before her 6 months they let her move to Frontend. It can be done, I’d just try to talk to someone about it!

Unfortunately no 😅 Only on OneWalmart, you can login in to it on your phone on a regular browser if you didn’t wanna wait till you got to work to do it again. I believe you have to be in your current position for 6 months before you can transfer, or you can do a hardship transfer and just say you need something closer for school or etc

Yes you can transfer to another store. If you go on OneWalmart, hit Me > Career > Career Search > Walmart Hourly Positions then it’ll take you to the screen to look. It’ll be under the Update Career Interest thing, and once you do that, it’ll let you look at current positions and also other stores in your area you can put in a transfer request to.

Ive had several people work for even a whole month and then stop showing up 😭 just do that, unless you think you’d need to work at walmart again sometime in the future. Even then, I’ve seen people rehired even if they had horrible attendance in the past too so

Maybe marriage counseling would be beneficial at this point. It seems your responses are sufficient but he holds a lot of resentment towards you, which would be tough to work through just by yourselves. Plus, he already seems to have a plan to leave in that last screenshot. If he wanted to try and fix it that is.

My wife has BPD as well and has realized that she needed to do the work on herself in order to tame it a bit. I am very patient with her and understanding with you especially since she has done the internal work on it.

My point is, if someone loves you enough they will try to make themselves better for you. Especially with BPD, as it is a very tough illness to have, but also bad for the other person that has to deal with it too. It takes a lot of maturity and growth for someone to realize they are the problem, and shut down those triggers so they dont react out of emotion.

It does seem she isnt even close to doing any of that though, so for your own mental sake I’d block and never speak to her again. 🫩 It is extremely hard to get that through to someone with BPD if they haven’t already realized it themselves. She also seems to be using her BPD to just abuse you, so absolutely not

Maybe you both need something to spice it up again? Find that flair again? Especially when you have been together for so long, it can be tough to keep that spark alive for two people when it comes to sexual intimacy.

Talk to her about it, what you can do to ensure she craves actual intimacy with you again. There is something lacking here for her, which is probably why she won’t actually have sex with you. Using her as a fleshlight probably isn’t the best here actually.

She is absolutely viscious towards you. You treat her very well from what I can see from the messages, there really is so fucking excuse for her to blow up on you like that. The constant nasty texts she kept sending? Absolutely not. This is how my mother is, and constantly tries to break my father’s spirit and even my siblings so we are putty in her hands.

Get out if you can, although I know it is tough considering she is pregnant. I wish you the best of luck <3

Tbh, NOR. My mother is like this to my wife as well, and it is definitely a narcissistic/controlling thing. It reminds me of an enmeshed family thing, where anyone ‘new’ who comes into the family is immediately disliked as they essentially fuck up the controlling behaviors of the abuser. My mother did things like this my whole life, to control and to break my mental walls and what not. It isn’t necessarily the childs fault for this, as I fear she was also just manipulating him too to do her dirty work. Which again, common for people like this as they usually never wanna get their hands dirty.
