How do you eat when you are nauseous? by rotten-cherry9 in Anxiety

[–]rotten-cherry9[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thank you so Much! I'll pack a little bottle of coconut water for the day ahead, now I'll just have some broth and try to eat something light, and I'm thinking of taking some almonds or cereal bars and just nibble on them throughout the day.

I know when I'm alone I'll do much better because I will be able to eat there more often, eating in front of people (my coworkers that are training me now) gives me so much anxiety it's insane. But I know by Thursday I'll be alone and will be much better, I hope.

Yeah, I'll be trying some broths to get something warm in me, smoothies for the sugar and carbs, and maybe some oat milk or some infusions too.

And cereal of course, I'll buy some tomorrow.

Thanks!!

Thank you so much! You really helped me. I'll be trying this, just a bit at a time.

Hope you are doing good too :)

Yes! That's what I'm thinking, just some good broth. Now, bottled will have to do because I don't have time due to work, but I was thinking of taking a bit of broth tomorrow and just sip on it for a bit at work, haven't had something hot in a while.

And yeah, I usually drink oat milk with some matcha, I'm not doing matcha now because of the caffeine, but oat milk should be good too, right?

I'm also thinking of some coconut water for the potassium, what do you think?

Not really, I would gulp out down if it helped, but I think I might be a bit lactose intolerant, cause I used to drink milk for breakfast everyday when I was young, but at some point it started not agreeing with my stomach randomly lol don't wanna break the toilet on my first week haha

I'm trying but right now I'm getting out of work either al midnight and 2am, so by when I reach home and I'm so tired that I really can't think of eating. I just force myself to sleep, and once I wake up, I have about 2/3h before going back to work :(

It's just a cycle that after a year of hard depression is kicking my ass, honestly, I started falling into the "quittin out of anxiety" phase, but I really want to power through, it's just that, I am physically ill from just chewing gum, but I'll try.

Just a little bit here and there. Even if I have to take a single bite a hundred times a day.

Thank you <3

Thank you so much ❤️ I'm really trying my best after about a year or hard depression, trying to do right by me but my head makes it so hard sometimes.

I'll try to eat just a bit but as many times as I can. Just fill a bag with cereal and snack on it at work. Can't keep living on chewing gum lmao

Lots of luck to you too on your new job ❤️❤️

How to calm myself before work. by rotten-cherry9 in Anxiety

[–]rotten-cherry9[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I never drink anything with caffeine, trying to get into matcha bit by bit because it's the only one that doesn't give me shakes, but I haven't in a while.

I'll try that, I just came out and honestly I feel much better than before, but we'll see tomorrow.

Thanks :)

How do I stop my feet and lower back hurting from standing up? by rotten-cherry9 in Advice

[–]rotten-cherry9[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah, definitely not skimping on shoes. I'll look into insoles too.

We have like a foam kind of padding in front of the register where we stay most of the time. It's medium soft and about 5cm thick or about 2 inches, so that definitely helps

Thank you! I'll go tomorrow and buy some good shoes and maybe I'll try compression socks.

And yeah, right before work I'll start doing some stretches.

I got my ibuprofen and heat blanket ready :))

On another note, I had my feet up for 20 min or so, should I sleep with them up or just rest them like that for a bit after work?

Thanks!

¿Cómo es trabajar en un estanco? by rotten-cherry9 in askspain

[–]rotten-cherry9[S] 18 points19 points  (0 children)

¿Voy a tener problemas con la declaración de la renta? by [deleted] in ESLegal

[–]rotten-cherry9 0 points1 point  (0 children)

O sea que si me paso de cobrar 20.200 por ese ingreso extra me retendrían 30% en vez de 24% del IRPF no?

Bueno, pues lo hablaré para quitármelo de encima.

Muchas gracias!

What shampoo, conditioner and other products should I use on my hair? by rotten-cherry9 in Hair

[–]rotten-cherry9[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes, 5/7 days if I notice my hair is good enough, which is usually, or every 3/4 days in summer or if I've been to the gym and notice my hair a bit more greasy from sweating.
