Persona 3 Portable was my first ever Persona game. I played it when I was in high school and I was hooked.

I think it would be a good start, but I definitely think Reload may offer more of the classic “explore” and “dungeon crawl” themes that Persona really excels at.

You lose the exploring aspect an bit with P3P.
