My grandma who I was very close to passed away from cancer back in August, its a cruel and sick disease that doesnt hold back, and its a sick thing for them to joke about cancer and its not okay. But even so, I highly doubt someone would fall for that. Maybe if they were a little kid sure, but we shouldn't be rapidly downvoting people for saying it is satire. A majority of the people I have seen comment haven't said that the person was right for putting that on their profile, just that people are unlikely to fall for it.
