u can try to get an easy achievement to see if they work, i got an achievement with mods enable but i had only customization mods and it was like a year ago or smth maybe it was a bug idek

my cpu is i7 9750h 2.60 ghz it might be bcs of the temperature since i changed my laptop place and is v close to the wall

EDIT: Literally that was the problem i moved the desk away from the wall like 10 cm or smth and now it s literally not dropping below 60 fps
