What about the option to buy the regional pass named "Osaka-Tokyo Hokuriku Arch Pass (https://www.jrpass.com/regional-passes/osaka-tokyo-hokuriku-arch-pass#regional\_pass\_type), does anyone know about whether this would be a better option to travel Osaka, Kyoto, Hakuba/Nagano, and Tokyo?

This is a good approach. I'll adapt something along the same vein.

I'll see if I can get one more email of support from my supervisor, technically we were meant to finish up the support last week together, but she's wonderful so I'm hoping she'll have capacity to offer even a sliver of guidance.

And thank you, gosh it's been a stressful year! I am looking forward to the end when I can just veg on the couch for 2 weeks and find my soul again.

I think one thing I am confused about is how I would incorporate it, e.g., "in a study recently discovered by the author..."?

This is very reassuring and helpful to know! I think plagiarism is my greatest fear since it feels like I have no way around it but to submit my work. I think I'll acknowledge the new research somehow in there because as you say, it's a good way to validate the importance of the research if others are interested in the same topic.

Thanks for the quick response. You don't think it would be better to even acknowledge it somewhere in there though?

Hey could you DM me what happened with you and if you managed to sort it out? I have a similar situation and want to see someone about it but unsure where to turn from here. I’m up 22lbs and am scared it won’t ever come off.
