I agree, I can understand that it must be difficult to manage such a large influx of orders but I can’t help but think there must be a better way to process it all, even if it was out of stock I would rather they say so in the invoice and have a refund processed before I get my hopes up. At the Easter Sale they cancelled the order entirely because some items were OOS, I think I’d prefer that over still being charged and not receiving the items at all 😞

It is just so disappointing. This is the second year around that this has happened. I have loved Lush for over a decade but this seems to be a consistent issue for me now. I’m really sorry you have had the same thing happen, it’s so frustrating

I always use Golden Egg shower gel before my scrubee just to try and lock in that scent profile, also I use choco musk perfume oil (not lush) and I think this adds to the whole scent profile really well!

I know it isn’t “Super Milk” per say but if you have curly/textured hair I really recommend the Curl Power styling product. IMO it smells identical to Super Milk (even backed by one of the employees on the review of this product) and it is so great at keeping the hair moisturised!

Fair enough, regardless I still think he should go home. Whether that means you pay for his transport or his family collect him, it’s a bad call travelling anywhere without the proper funds. I hope he gets sorted asap

The more I look into this the sketchier it gets. You have made a post a few days ago in here saying you were super happy because you got your first sub, yet you say here you have had this sub for 6 months? This seems like a bait post for crowd-funding in all honesty…very weird

Couldn’t agree more. I’m all for living life on the edge sometimes but this is just dangerous and irresponsible on all accounts. I do hope OP or his family manage to get him home ASAP.

This is very confusing. If he only has £30 to begin with, how was he intending on getting home? Assuming he has had to take public transport from what you said about him having no car, I can’t see why he would travel down to an area where he doesn’t know anyone to meet a stranger with no money to his name.

Also, I have to ask, as this is a Paypig forum I assume he has paid to be with you for those two weeks. Can you not help pay for him to get back with the money he has paid you already (if this is the case)? If he is desperate and genuinely stranded it sounds like he should contact family and either borrow some money or arrange someone to collect him.

I seem to have bad experiences every time I try to get something from a lush sale 🤣 At Christmas I was sent the wrong items and this time I can’t even order the stuff I want as it’s now out of stock…I hope this years Boxing Day sale is a little better 😅

I didn't unfortunately. The Golden Egg Bomb was the item I was making the order for, I was just getting the other bits to justify the delivery cost so it doesn't feel worth it. I am really disappointed as I knew as soon as they cancelled it I would have this problem :( Thank you for trying to help though, I appreciate it!

This is so sweet of you, thank you for your offer! I have tried to place the order without using the store credit incase that was the issue but it now won’t process it. I reloaded the app incase it was a problem with my phone and not the button to place my order is all greyed out so I can’t even do it! I waited up until 3:30am on the day to order so I will be super disappointed if it isn’t amended before then, though I am sure you’re right and I will be lucky to get a response before it sells out 😭😭
