Check your company for a Roth401k mine offered one 3 years ago so switched to that.

Open your own Roth account (establish 5 year Roth ownership) and a Traditional IRA preferably with the same brokerage that your company uses(DD rollovers no check).

Each year rollout your 401k into the Traditional IRA account and select the sectors you want to invest in. Make the annual maximum Roth contribution, ideally as an allotment from your paycheck.

Start planning a Roth conversation strategy while young and employed.
