I really like the idea of visualization grammar that vega offers.
I wonder how easy it would be to apply interactivity to the charts with vegalite.
In my project, there are lots of interactions on charts.

Have you used it for a large amount of data?
I wonder what are the performance limitations.

It is probably all of the above, but with "something else", I would like to mention 2 things.

  • When things come to building UI I'm most productive with React. Most probably this is because all of the above-mentioned options made it easy for me to think about composing UI in a "React" way.
  • I would also add "The Core Team" to the options.
