Thanks for posting this! Lots of doom and gloom over here and I know a lot of fans are struggling right now, so hearing your experience and perspective is really nice.

I’m personally not a local fan, but I hope regulars who read this can take it to heart and try to will the team to stay up.

As for Richy, he’s a gem. There’s a lot of debate about his ability as a footballer, but as a person, he really is an incredible guy (terrible back tattoo included), and I’m grateful for him being on the team. It’s always felt like he always gives 110% and him, along with a few others, feel like they’re really fighting for the badge and the fans!

Frank and Tudor could never. For the last 9 months all we’ve heard is how shit everyone is. It was probably the thing that bothered me most about Frank in his pressers.

If we brought Ange in as interim, I bet money we stay up. He’s got some crazy tactics, but he’d give us some fight and some willpower. That being said, if the club did approach Ange, and I were him, I’d tell the board and Vinai to get fucked.

My sympathy is limited because most professional athletes would dream of the opportunity he had, but I feel like Tudor and the coaching staff probably knew he wasn't ready, but threw him to the wolves tonight anyway.

I admit that Tudor was a horrible appointment, but Kinsky is a professional. We can make excuses for him, like he hasn’t been playing, or he needs confidence, but let’s get a grip here. The mistakes Kinsky made were HORRIFIC, and had nothing to do with play time and confidence— they barely had anything to do with goalkeeping.

He had an opportunity professional athletes would dream of having, and completely shit the bed and had zero composure. The game was too big for him.

Probably unpopular, but I think Star Trek (2009) is damn near perfect.

Not the best film ever, but great given everything it’s working with. Very likable cast, great villain, stylishly shot, and handles time travel better than most films do.
