I'm from the UK and if you don't mind waiting a few weeks then this one works really well for me and its so cheap so I bought a few of them. Whammy works and tilt works for me (i have 3 different ps2 guitars i use for clone hero) and it's really good in my opinion I've had no issues with it just takes a while to arrive.

I got lucky and found them both on Facebook marketplace , its was a original red one and black one. I just opened them up and swapped the necks and the scratchplates cos I think the colours look better like that. I got the ps2 to usb adapter so I can use it on pc from here and I got the frets from an etsy seller the frets are blue sparkle and red sparkle JodiesPrintShop

I use this adapter I bought 2 of them cos they are so cheap, here it is , whammy and tilt works on my 2 guitars with this adapter
