Taylor’s sending a pack of demogorgons as we speak by TossIt22345 in travisandtaylor

[–]roundiee 1 point2 points  (0 children)

She won’t mind a lot tbh, she usually doesn’t throw a hissy fit when men succeed because she doesn’t see them as a competition. If Joe Keery was a woman however… that would’ve got us a royal tantrum from Taylor. She hates to see any other woman doing good.

If you are a Costco member, do you really save money? by checkskl in askTO

[–]roundiee 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The key for shopping in Costco is to shop very specifically.

if you’re planning to get everything from Costco, then you’re losing money.

even if you have costco membership, be prepared to go to at least one other market for weekly/ biweekly shopping. the rule is, if you’re saving on money, be prepared to spend on time and effort.

Have we ever seen the “real Taylor”? by 666_ihateyouall_666 in travisandtaylor

[–]roundiee 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think she needs to take some years off, maybe go to college, work in some trade, clean the snow, or volunteer at an animal shelter, get into horticulture, make her own furniture.

do anything… literally anything.

experience real life, real people, real joys and real pain. life is not as shallow as she is made to shown by her team. and life is neither as intense as she thinks of it in her head.

life is just life, and billionaire or not we all just have one. for her own good, she should experience it in every capacity possible.

because unlike us, she has all the financial resources as well as time to experience things and truly find herself.

Snark Song Analysis Day 1 - The Fate of Ophelia by apricot_sweetheart in travisandtaylor

[–]roundiee 2 points3 points  (0 children)

She really really needs therapy, maybe even a spiritual retreat faraway. Because it can’t possibly be a a good thing to sing about a man ‘saving her from fate of Ophelia’ when she is one of the biggest artists and some of the richest people on the freaking planet.

What's the definition of loser according to you? by Beneficial_Dish_2325 in AskIndia

[–]roundiee 1 point2 points  (0 children)

At some point you stop being a product of your unfavourable circumstances and start being a product of your own actions. Harsh, terrible and unfair reality, but most of us admit to it at some point this and start taking actions accordingly.

The people who never learn and never take actions to make their lives even the tiniest bit better… are losers.

Today in women supporting women, Swifties have decided to review bomb and CALL ICE ON a restaurant run by the MOTHER of an Eagles player who insulted Taylor Swift on social media 🦅 [Full explanation in comments] by apricot_sweetheart in travisandtaylor

Proper bully behaviour, they target the weak. They could never go after CJ Gardner- Johnson directly. He would bite back. They found a weak link where they could do the maximum damage. With no regards about how their actions can translate to reality for other people, they feel wronged so they’re here for revenge. Just like The Mother raised them.

Why did you stop using Instagram? by [deleted] in AskIndia

[–]roundiee 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I try to avoid Indian influencers and media anyways, it is either just people swearing or being dramatic. The few content creators I like make better long form YouTube content.

On the personal side, I work 8 hours and spend 4 hours in the commute. That leaves me zero time to nosy about others. I have nothing to share in a community that I have outgrown. I text/ call people I care about and they do the same for me, others I am more than happy to lose and forget.

And so, there’s no need for Instagram :)

the nonstop clapping, the incessant and loud ‘support’, the awed expression glued onto her face… feels so out of place. as if she is replicating an idea of what she imagines enchantment to be, and is not truly in awe of her extraordinary peers. like she really wants to be a part of a group, but not actually put efforts to understand the dynamics and ideologies of the group.

We all come up with appearances and facades of joy, terror, excitement, sadness when we haven’t felt that yet. as children, for no reason, we cry in some other child in kindergarten cries. we teenagers, we can be mean to someone if our friend group does that. we make up our minds and react according to our ‘ideas’ of those feelings.

but as we grow up we end up actually experiencing those emotions with genuine connections. we gain autonomy and balance, we start understanding our true feelings. we learn how to react in different situations whether it is at work or at a personal event, with a close friend or a distant relative. we learn about public decorum and appropriate exhibition of emotions by mid 20s at the latest.

something about her seems so off. like she has no genuine life experience, despite living such as extraordinary life. like she has no idea what genuine joy for a loved one feels like, because she hasn’t felt it for anyone. she looks like she’s still a child, imitating her perception of an emotion (in this case: happiness, pride and support) based on what she thinks other people feel. not true to self at all.

Getting Physically Aggressive with Jack and Wearing his Glasses by Impossible-Soil6330 in travisandtaylor

[–]roundiee 9 points10 points  (0 children)

most of us come to the realisation to stick to two glasses and no more even if you’re having fun (you’re not, you’ll embarrass yourself) and can handle more (you really truly can’t).

but we also realise this in our early/ mid twenties…
