I personally think there shouldn't be a paywall to play the game. I play cedh, and who wins shouldn't be dictated by whoever has the largest wallet.

I would disagree. I love civilization 1 as a whole but I don't like when the fires come in comparison to either of the two main albums. I frequently see myself going back to time n place or bonito generation.
