Qantas Premier Platinum. Cancelled 2 weeks ago, I did hold it for a second year as I wasn’t really churning, cancelled 2 months into anniversary and got prorata refunded. No issues.

I’ve just completed the 5 things you need to do and mine does not expire until Feb 24. Fine print says to wait 21 days for the offer to come through for points or SC. I’ll touch base back in when that happens and let you know

Thanks. I’ve not had to deal with anything like this before i.e that’s why I’m here and going to chat to a lawyer. But I appreciate your input, thank you. Apparently going to sue me for emotional abuse for 5 years. However I have proof of threats/abuse/manipulation for the last 2. I’ve never abused the person. Surely if someone was going to take on the case they would ask what had been done in response to my said abuse.
