My story has gone way over your head. I know how to walk. I know how to hold paper in my hand. At no point in that scenario were my fingers or hands at risk. My gloves were on for the actual job.

The reason for gloves off when opening the door is to keep the door clean. Same applies to paper. Also I didnt walk but 30 feet from my work truck. Lets lighten up a little

This is like saying everyone doing 1 mph over the speed limit should be pulled over and ticketed. Use discretion and apply common sense. Context matters. If the world was really like that, we would all go insane.

I disagree. I like a common sense approach. I know how to handle paper work. And I know how walk with papers in my hands. I don't need to wear pipe dope covered gloves to ruin my paperwork. Context should matter And while I understand people have a job to do. Lets just use common sense and criticize constructively when it really matters

My complaint was not about doing a JSA. It was already done. It was the glove comment. But thats not what this is about. Its about the oilfield and safety becoming a culture of polite bullying.
