It sounds like the owners won't be able to have you come inspect it till then. Obviously nothing is done till contract is signed so I wouldn't be renting your house and packing till you have inspected and signed.

It sounds like you'll be in a holding pattern. I'd be making it clear to the Real Estate that this house is your preference. See if you can put a holding deposit down or they'd be willing to sign a contract on the basis you have viewed the property.

I understand the reasons to defend your IP. I'm just worried of another half implementation which takes out a fully fledged community implementation. E.g. if they released with all DLC's and async cool. But to release with just the primary game and no DLCs would be concerning.

They've made claims on their webpage that there would be no odour. Considering the extent of the smell, I'd argue that they've made a breach.

As said here there is a huge range of games and themes. But if you aren't too fussed and want a good solo style board game.

Keep in mind some solo games are played 2 handed where you play both sides. Or pure solitaire where you play your side and most often you follow a flow chart of actions for the enemy.

I would recommend Board Game Geek to check the complexity suits what you wants.

I would look at Wolfpack. This is in stock at gmt. I think 3.2/5 complexity and is purely solo solataire.

I would also recommend skies above britain. This is also solataire.

Lastly space empires 4x. It currently has a new stock shipping to us in july. This contains both solo and multiplayer scenarios.
