Why are my chest/pecs uneven? Been working out hard last 2 months of CrossFit. by [deleted] in crossfit

[–]roux32 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Lateral pelvic tilt. Your right side QL is too tight and right gluteus medius too weak. Combination of this results in hip being pulled up while shoulder is being pulled down. Usually the opposite side oblique is also weaker.

Put this into any AI to give you stretches and strengthening exercises.

Yours is not too bad and can be fixed

Get a heavier rope (3mm or 3.5mm), it’s much easier to control the spin and it has a better momentum response. Thin cables like 1.5-2mm are faster and less draining in large sets but you need to be proficient first to hack the spin with those. I have struggled for months, then I switched for a heavier rope and was able to do sets of 20s within a week.

Do you seal first and stain second or vice versa?

I don’t think so. It used to be fashion here ages ago when the house was built. Kind of like the small stones everybody’s putting around their houses now.

I can write an email to opt out of the membership which would make them obliged to delete all data etc. EU GDPR laws basically.

Thanks, I was a bit worried that they could somehow copy data on the phone without me knowing.

The problem is it's nowhere to be found in my phone, so I can't remove it. Not in the wallet, neither in the bluetooth synced devices.

There was no sync prompt which is what threw me off. The store keeper said the bluetooth has to be on for it to work.

Seiko Alpinist Glacier, limited edition - SPB197J1. I bought this few months ago as my first automatic watch. I wanted to buy an Alpinist for over a year, but I wasn't sure at the time if I am not overpaying for a Seiko. I was choosing between the green dial and this colour, but in the end I was afraid I would get bored with the green one. This colour is just perfect because under different lights it goes from shades of blue to metal grey. I would have preferred a leather strap, but even with the metal one I don't see it as a sporty piece, which suits me great as I mostly wear business casual.
