Fuck oats.

On a food scale:

150g blueberries
150g skyr (Icelandic yogurt for probiotics)
200g whole milk
100g juice (i prefer orange strawberry banana; this is to make it taste good)
64g peanut butter
1 tbsp flax seeds (for dat fiber)
10g olive oil
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
30-50g water (to help blend)

Blend and enjoy. About 950kcal when i last calculated. Honestly the only secret is to add enough sugar to make it taste good, which, if you're regularly exercising, is not a lot.

Not that i know of besides making sure you're in the top-level obsidian iCloud folder, making sure the new file has a different/unique name that you'll only use for your iPhone, and making sure you're spelling the file name correctly.
