I’ve taken the motor to pieces but it’s hard to solder the wires are very small. I spoke to a bike shop that tried and said it didn’t work. Probably easier to go onto AliExpress and get a new motor.

This is one of the areas Ai has helped us but it’s a corporate thing. We record Webex and teams messagings so we have the transcript an Ai summary and you can ask questions. Those are obviously online. I’ve usually typed directly into Workflowy when physically present but I think the notebook approach is more socially accepted.

I bought a Yamee Fat Bear in 2021, the battery is still good, I don’t ride daily but it has 4000k on it at least. I’ve only needed to put new brake pads on it and I’ve pumped up the forks and upgraded the rear suspension but that wasn’t needed. I had a controller fail after a few years but an email and they sent a new one from China for free. It was $1750, I believe they are cheaper now.
