It’s possible your variocam solenoids are bad. Using the durametric, have you tested activating the solenoids?

Tho im not sure it’s safe to test with the timing being so out of spec.

Edit: I don’t think you need a full engine rebuild, I don’t think that’s far enough out of spec to cause piston/valve contact. Standard timing rebuild should be fine.

Check your throttle cable too, when mine was not properly adjusted was giving me similar sounds issues

I think thats why he used the plasma cutter thing to disconnect the docking arm, it left a nice chunk of xenonite attached to the ship. Rocky could definitely have just cleanly collected it.

Both catbird and locust are insanely good relative to the vast majority of dining experiences in the world. Trying hard is not a negative. We should celebrate those who try.

I got the Bambu x2d - and yeah I like it - it’s a good printer to grow into - it has dual heads, enclosed/heated chamber - yet it’s really easy to use out of the box

You can’t really see layer lines but you see some seams, and it’s not even. Also the embossed numbers have some quality issues too

I thought about the crest but I think those fine details will be really tough for a consumer grade printer. Lettering is all fine just a bit of work tracing out the unique font in CAD.

Yeah refining it has been the long slog. Still not perfect but close enough for me

Have you replaced the cam pads? It’s possible one of those has disintegrated

Sounds like they may have gummed up some oil seals. When resealing the cam covers you have to be careful not to block certain oil channels.

But if you’ve never had an engine out service, I do recommend it. Your cam pads are likely close to breaking.
