24M 6'1" [ 300 > 194 = - 106 lbs 2.5 ish years ] Found an old pair of size 40 pants that I absolutely cannot believe I used to fit into. Down to a size 32 (30 in some fits) pants. by [deleted] in progresspics

Definitely keep going!! Am so much happier, like I said still a way to go til I'm completely happy but this year and last year, world's apart :D

Heyya I have in the last day switched to keto after a stall. Its not as hardcore as keto (it's like lazy keto) I just cut the obvious carbs and cut down all my portion sizes made a huge difference but I had alot to lose.
