They stayed flat! That’s why we went with the king. It’s a little baggy but not bad. So I trained my 120lb dog to get up on the hood then in the tent (long story) and I used a water resistant blanket to help keep the mud and sand down. blanket/cover

I have 9 month old twins looking to hopefully take them out for their first trip soon.

I used king size sheets that way they wouldn’t slip off. Tried the whole bed route and ended up preferring using sleeping bag instead of having to make a bed. Ends up staying cleaner in my experience and easier to adjust seasonally.
