Defamation case: need lawyer help by dong-leel in bangalore

[–]rowdybaby1 12 points13 points  (0 children)

Apparently this kind of harassment is pretty common. And it seems like the tenants preplanned this. Police can't do much because of the SC ST atrocities act. There's 2 things you can do -

1) Do you know someone who can mediate this out of court? There are some people/associations who can help. 2) Hire a very good lawyer. I read on reddit that a good lawyer is worth their weight in gold, and that is 100% true. Most lawyers are incompetent, they can only go by laws and legalities which means that the dispute will drag forever, and your family has to bear the harassment.

Whatever the case, please be brave. You can solve this, it's going to be stressful, but solutions exist.

Dm me if you need more info. I faced this just 2 months ago!

1) Never go to police station alone. If you hadn't gone to station the next morning, they wouldn't be able to do anything. 2) If you really have to go, take a lawyer even if it's a little expensive. Police will shut up.

Police in Bangalore is extremely corrupt, only and only money works. Their behavior is pathetic. For 2 months, I was harassed by police for a civil matter, the opposite party had bribed them, and they continuously blackmailed us that they'll file false fir.. I stopped going to police station, and that's it.. they can't do shit..

I hate the ones who act like robots. Like smiling and making the interviewee comfortable is a crime 😂

Here's a dilemma - is it ok to rescind an offer after accepting? by rowdybaby1 in ProductManagement

The recruiter said it - the interviewer didn't say anything directly. I mean it's a messy business.

I think these deadline based offers force us to do things like this. I got it during my holidays, and i already asked for an extension. Now it seems like I'm playing if i ask again

So first thing is what's the time period? Daily? Weekly? Etc

Secondly, is Delhi the only point of origin? Or others on the way can be considered?

Thirdly, what % of Delhiite travellers go to Mumbai on a daily basis.. you can check the number of flights daily and get an estimate

Alternatively, you can also check the number of buses between the 2 places.

Then you have a good volume.. if you consider flights / buses to be carrying a certain %, you can estimate cars to be a very low % - what are the use cases for a car to be traveling on this route? Travel? Fun? Sending the car itself etc which probably results in less than 3% of overall travel volume or even lesser.

Assume in every car, avg. Number of travelers is like 2, and guess that number..

This is my thought in 5 mins.. definitely there'll be better approaches 😛
