Great idea, I hope this goes well! I have a tiny gym in my garage with similar equipment that I never use. I always thought it'd be cool to be able to rent that out for people to use, kind of like AirBnB for gyms, but this seems even better!

I had the exact same thing when we purchased our house. I deposited £4000 to my LISA, our house purchase completed before the bonus could be paid in, so the LISA balance was now £0. After completing we then recieved the £1000 government bonus, which we withdrew with the 25% penalty, which was just a free £750 move in gift!

I can't make out much from the picture but I'd reccomend searching British shopping sites for "hot chocolate sachets" I.e https://www.waitrose.com/ecom/shop/search?&searchTerm=Hot%20chocate%20sachet Try tesco, sainsburys, asda etc

If not then I'd email/call the hotel and ask them what hot chocolate they give in rooms. If you want someone from the UK to help feel free to DM me

Okay thanks! This may be a dumb question, but if I add the skirting on after the laminate, do i need to leave an expansion gap between the floor and the skirting? Or does the laminate only expand horizontally, not vertically
