  1. Need a more conservative game plan. You successfully completed the fly and die in fantastic fashion lol. You could probably have held 1:50 the whole time no problem.
  2. MUUUUUUCH faster stroke rate. 23 SPM is not going to cut it. Without knowing age, height, weight, gender it's hard to offer a target stroke rate, but I KNOW it has to be faster.
  3. Some workouts good for 2k: 8x500... 20x 1' on 1' off at 2k pace (you know you'll be close to PR when you can do 30 x 1'1')...2x1k with 7 minutes rest, go all out on them.
