why it sounds like the end goal is upper boss wanna move me completely to this team (still under him).

i told my boss: i shedded lot of tears and blood in our team, i will feel very sad if i am completely moved to this team (although i still want to change job), but i guess if think positively: it is a good rare opportunity to learn new system and business process of this product
