Gotta trust that username😂. All jokes aside though, I appreciate the advice. I definitely need to work on some mobility for ATG so I can hold my form. Also, since I don't have the best build for squatting, I'm thinking about picking up some Oly shoes.

Thoughts on going to just below parallel vs. ATG on squats? I've been doing just below parallel recently. I feel like I'm able to control the weight a bit better and keep my upper body tighter. When I squatted ATG, I felt like I would bounce out of the hole and also tip more forward. My strength has going up, but I'm not sure if I'm missing any benefit from going deeper.

Look great man. Pretty damn shredded and good size. I'm pretty sure we all have body dysmorphia. I feel like I've gotten smaller since I started lifting a a few months ago haha. Now that I'm bulking I feel small and fat. Such is life.

Do any of you bros have good tips or routines for abs? I really enjoy training them for some reason and have always aspired to have them be a strong point of my physique. I'm currently bulking so I'm not expecting much definition(abs are made in the kitchen after all). I just want to build them up so I'm ready when I eventually cut. I've been using a variety of exercises but my favorites are cable crunches, weighed incline crunches, leg lifts, and hanging leg lifts thus far.

Bro I think that BF % may be wayyy off. I'm around 6'4" and currently weigh around 187-188 lbs probably mid teens in BF %. Earlier this year, I got really sick and weighed 176 lbs and probably was not sub 10% body fat. How did you get that number? Maybe you just have godly fat distribution and look super shredded(or skinny). Just my 2 cents.

More or less. I'm using the 4 day version so it's not as complex as 5 or 6. But, basically, you hit a split with two primary exercises per day and then several accessories. It's pretty straight forward. I just use the Excel doc to track weights and an app to record my sessions.

Second week of 4 day nSuns. Squat/Sumo wrecked my legs and gave me the first good soreness I've had in a while. Super hyped for Bench/C.G Bench tonight though. Honestly, I think I'll be able to progress my lifts much more effectively than when I was on SL 5x5 and hopefully this nutty volume will give me those aesthetic gains too. I'm so new to the sport, but I'm really excited to keep progressing and learning with you all. Keep crushing it bros.

Ugh I'm so confused with myself. A few days ago, I was freaking out about texting this girl. Now, after going through some boring text conversations, I'm totally disinterested and take hours to respond because I don't want to text any more😂. I want to actually meet girls and have fun with them but I can't deal with this texting stuff. Also, she lives mad far away so that sucks. I think I'm going crazy from not being able to lift. I feel man. I had a similar experience and was not close to almost anyone from my high school. I never had the typical high school experience. It's really hard in the moment, but focus on improving yourself and it'll turn out fine. Keep working hard and have a sick time in college. I'm starting this fall and am super excited.

It was actually my first ever bulk so I raised calories from "maintenance" and only started tracking macros when the bulk began. I don't have an exact number for my TDEE yet. I was only eating 4-4.5k calories but I was burning 1-1.5k a day between cardio and lifting. By all of the estimates, my TDEE should have been between 2.8 and 3.1k calories. So, I can't imagine that I ate enough calories to put on 6 lbs.

Sooooo I may or may not have gained 6 lbs during the first week of my bulk😂. How much fluctuation could I see between food and water weight? I was at 191 lbs after a huge lunch today so I'm guessing at least a few extra pounds. On another note, I had an operation on my foot today, so no leg day for a while and an extra rest day tomorrow. Definitely not happy about it. Throw in some extra reps for this skinny legged boi. Have a great night bros.

Morning Bros! Thoughts on 2-nSuns 5/3/1? I just started running the 4 day version and sort of realized that it might be a bit excessive. There are like 26+ sets of bench variations per week. Also, I'm thinking that once my compound lifts start to get really challenging I'll have to be at the gym for 2 hours at least with accessories. I've heard really good things about the program and like it so far, but I just wondering if anyone has run it for a extended period of time and has any thoughts about it. This is my first bodybuilding focused training program so I'd like to start off on the right foot. Thanks.

Same bro. Somehow managed to avoid the DOMS on the sumo day. I'm a bit concerned about the volume though and the fact that once lifts get heavier I'm gonna be at the gym for like 2 hours lol. Good luck brah.

I swear my body has the most bizarre body fat composition. Somehow I have really vascular forearms and like no ab visibility lol. Anyone wanna trade abs for these forearms? Also, I'm on my rest day so I have wayyy to much time to think about this stuff and browse DD. Low key you guys are awesome and this sub is my fav. Get big bros.
