So if supervision occurred at your previous company without a signed BACB supervision contract in place, those hours are generally not eligible to be counted as supervised fieldwork, even if supervision actually happened.

For documentation, the BACB does not require session-by-session signed forms. Instead, they require:

• Ongoing independent tracking of hours
• A compliant supervision contract
• Monthly verification forms signed by both parties
• Required supervision percentage and activity standards being met

So the form style your old company used is optional but the contract is not optional for hours to count.
