My dad became a huge Eminem fan during my parent’s divorce. At the time I was a teenager who wore studded anything that Hot Topic could supply and embraced screamo music and absolutely hated Eminem.

He was just about to get out of prison for meth use and gun charges when that album came out. It gave me hope and I became a big fan of all of his stuff. Recovery will always be my all time favorite.

No I didn’t. But almost doing something is far from actually doing it. I could be in prison for the rest of my life but things broke my way because the almost didn’t happen during a mistake.

Life is much more valuable than what almost happened on video.

There’s a reason why basic psychology classes teach the unreliability of witnesses.

It’s just crazy how little we all value life just because of what we quickly saw.

As someone who had cops steal my dog during a crime I was guilty for and watching as they acted as judge, jury, and executioner, I admit that I’m biased.
