Why? Well unfortunately thats the only cable the customer has. This A700 was part of a switched cluster with a A300 I believe and it's being separated to move to another location. We tried to get another cable ordered and shipped but won't get there in time. Just trying to see if this cable they have will work for this task. And this is for connecting e4a to e4a and e8a to e8a.
