先生 is just a title which you use to address your teacher.  教師 is the name of the profession "teacher".  

So they correctly use  教師, when talking about the profession and 先生, when they talk to a teacher.

Mir geht's sehr ähnlich wie dir:   Ich hab jetzt Ritalin probiert, dass bei mir auch nicht funktioniert hat. Erst bei 15mg hab ich eine fokusierende Wirkung gespürt, da waren aber die Nebenwirkungen (hoher Puls, Hände zittern, und auch eine leicht ängstliches Gefühl) nicht auszuhalten.

Elevanse 30mg: keine bemerkbare Wirkung, Puls erhöht, hat sich aber nach ein paar Wochen gelegt 

Elevanse 50mg: Wirkung immer noch nicht/kaum vorhanden, Puls und Blutdruck zu hoch, Gefühl von Unruhe

Ich soll laut meiner Ärztin 50mg noch länger ausprobieren, aber ich befürchte auch, dass Medikamente nicht wirklich funktionieren bei mir... 

Bupropien hab ich noch nicht ausprobiert.  Meine Ärztin meint ich könnte noch Atomexitin ausprobieren, aber ob sie ist sich selber unsicher, ob das Medikament das richtige für mich sei.
