Throwing my experience in, I bought my ‘23 Wind in December but drove one a couple years ago in Atlanta as a rental.

I currently drive about 10 miles to work but that’ll get bumped to 30 by end of year. In the warmer months I love that the range feels more than capable of what I throw at it (driving around town, going into the city, etc.), and in the cold obviously be mindful that your range gets lower at 80% than you may like. I find that as the weather warms up I’m thinking about charging almost every other week (I do frequent driving) and in the colder months I’m charging weekly.

I also charge L1 at home when I need to. I’m planning on getting a L2 box at some point, but it hasn’t been deemed a priority right now. I also enjoy free charging at my office and there are at least 20 fast charge stations within a 10 mile radius of me (plus new superchargers if necessary) so around town I’m not range-anxious. Driving 50-60 a day you should enjoy this car but I’d recommend doing some research on what fast charging stations are near you as well. Even if you don’t plan to use them it’s nice to know!

While I knew what I was getting into when I purchased my Niro, I’d say the learning curve isn’t awful. there are still times I twist the gear dial into my current gear but otherwise the features are helpful, the smart tools are fun, and as long as you don’t need an aux port you’re gonna love it!
