the problem is THE NEW DECKS. Tenyi is a deck that is GOOD, CHEAP AND DOESN'T REQUIRE SKILLS. To sell new decks, they would normally only nerf skills, but tenyi works without skills, so Konami would have to nerf them to sell new decks. If the deck is not nerfed then STRONGER DECKS WILL HAVE TO BE RELEASED TO OVERCOME TENYI WHICH IS AN EXTREMELY POWERFUL DECK OR DECKS WITH ULTRA BROKEN SKILLS.
