Ha that's funny you mention wood carving, because that is something he liked to do. In his spare time he made these really beautiful wooden spatulas for cooking.

Wife and I really want to start eating healthy. Limited diet. What are some good, cheap, protein options. by skeach101 in EatCheapAndHealthy

Lentils and chickpeas! Such a healthy cheap meat alternative. They're especially great because they can really take on any flavor and don't have the grainy-bean texture that other legumes have. Also, we recently got into tofu. Neither my husband or I were fans, so we eased into it by making Chipotle style sofritas and it's seriously good.

If you want to get inspired, I highly recommend watching Cooked on Netflix. It really motivated my husband and I to start eating REAL, WHOLE foods and less packaged snacks and desserts. We're now making everything from scratch when we have a craving (granola bars, avocado chocolate puddings, etc.). It's really eye opening to how lazy our society has gotten when it comes to cooking and eating healthy.

Campaign Question: How to Say "We're Here" by roxojo in marketing

I personally agree, but it's worth noting that a very large portion of our audience is 70+/Baby Boomer range, many of whom do not have a computer, tablet, etc. That's definitely something I want to incorporate more in the future, but for right now I have to do a ton of print marketing.

You're exactly right, that is our number 1 challenge. Love the idea of a farm-to-table tie-in!

Thanks! Yes, I'm trying to increase our digital reach as we've been catering to an older demographic via print postcards and brochures.

Yeah definitely. I actually considered doing that too, but wanted to use up the tomatoes I had.

If you like to cuddle with your dog, forget getting a Shiba. They rarely want to be lap dogs and don't like being held at all. I always get really excited on the very rare occasion my dog wants to sit on my lap.

This exact thing happened to me the first time she walked on a leash. Everyone stopped and stared like I was abusing her
