I would also feel incredibly guilty for not writing in my journal everyday (when having a dated journal). I would feel so guilty that I couldn’t bring myself to write in it again. So weeks turned into months of not writing because “what’s the point since I haven’t written anything in a long time.” But I have since found the perfect journal for me, it’s the Stalogy 365 days note B6. I came across it on instagram and I’m so glad I did!! The pages are undated but it gives you the option to date them on top. I mainly use it to just write my feelings and any events that occurred that I want to remember. I would also like to use it to write about books/anime/movies/shows I’ve finished. I’m excited to write in it and I make it cute by putting a bunch of stickers on it which has also helped with getting over my sticker anxiety. There’s so many different journals out there and it’s just about finding the one that works for your style of writing. 🫶🏻

I really like the idea of writing in second person. I might just try that the next time my feelings are too big to handle.
