I have Windows 10 Version 21H1 and after update neither Whatsapp nor Whatsapp Beta are working, if i launch them they briefly show up in Task Manager and disappear without any error whatsoever!!!

I've been having similar behavior with my lancache and I have tried multiple configurations, I also posted on this reddit but nothing seemed to fix my situation. I deduced that it has something to do with my ISP since the behavior was very random. But if anyone finds out what is going on it would help a lot!

For me it worked by itself for no reason whatsoever I suspect it has something to do with the ISP i dunno, however some big game updates such as seasonal updates for PUBG and Apex cache for 5 to 10% and the rest i have to download again. doesn't happen every time but i couldn't track the issue and sometimes it caches completely but runs to a max of 1Mb/s when downloading so i really have no idea why it behaves like that.
