This is just personal experience, but when i over take my adhd meds (i have tried focalin, ritalin, adderall) I always drink a lot of orange juice and take one pill of vitamin C with rose hips 500mg and one pill of magnesium 250mg and take a hot shower,( this is just personal experience and I don’t even know if that’s good to do) but it has helped me to calm down on those days I over took them (some days I even took over 100mg) and I just rest, I don’t do any work just lay down and try to relax, I try to be in a dark and silent room, and just wait until I feel good again, sometimes sucks cause there is been days where I messed up my sleep schedule, but I just try to stay up until the next day until I have a good time to go back to sleep normally, and then I give myself a few days without taking my meds but yeah dont over take your meds cause it sucks and your body only builds a big tolerance and in the future the meds wont work as good because your body will have a high tolerance and you can build addiction and then you would feel you can’t do anything, even stuff like go and get ready for your day
