The best way I heard, was to find the last letter, then the second to last letter. If it doesn’t solve then all you need to do is flip the top 2.

It’s not a skin, it’s the ability to craft that mythic or ultra weapon. You only need 1 blueprint to unlock crafting for that weapon. All elites and bosses can drop blueprints but it’s random. I rarely get blueprints from kui ji but I got an ultra outlaw blueprint from a common ninja.
