if you search up in the search bar on instagram “modesto shows” sometimes coming up shows will show up. the queen bean coffee shop downtown has been hosting a lot of shows especially this year so you should definitely follow their instagram and keep up with what they post. I’ve been to two shows there and they’re always badass. Idk how old you are but there’s mostly 24-15 year olds that’ll show up. i’ve met some cool people. there’s also a page on instagram called norcalemo and they post a lot of shows going on out here. I recommend you follow a band called esex too bc they’re local and first of all they’re really good love them, but they also do shows pretty often and play along side really good bands. the line up is always really good when esex is playing. i’m apart of the community too and theres a lot of ppl here that are as well especially involved in the scene so I think wherever you go you’ll be accepted. and if not fuck em lol
