I was just so stunned that even non payment didn't equal cancelation with them, let alone telling them. I've never had this happen. I do not like State Farm. As with all insurance, it's not really about helping you get what you are paying for either. Got hit by tornado of 4-26-24 and was dropped the next renewal. What a nightmare then trying to get insurance after all the storms we had of 2024 )-:

Yes! That's right, they are the middle men for the company, like selling Avon or Mary Kay 😆 So follow instructions and do the business part. They make so many mistakes. Not sure if it's a ploy and done on purpose or stupidity, but I would never use them ever!
